【業務内容】

  • IA事業部における技術的または非技術的な製品やサービス、ソリューションを既存および新規のお客様へ直接販売し、販売機会を最大化するためのセールス/ダイレクトセールスプランとプロセスを実施する

  • 実質的な販売機会のパイプラインを確保するためのリード生成計画を管理する

  • セールス/ダイレクトセールスプロセスとポリシーを実施・実行し、製品/ブランドの販売量と利益目標を達成させる

  • セールス/ダイレクトセールス活動に協力し、新製品/サービスの紹介や価格を顧客に伝える

  • 主な臨床データや試験結果についてディスカッションをすることに十分な知識と自信を持ち、セールストークを効果的に展開する

  • ブランド戦略と美容医療の事業計画を熟知し、事業計画の遂行における自らの役割と貢献を明確にする

  • 市場の状況やトレンド、新規参入者、現在のビジネスに影響を与える可能性のある変化について、常に最新の情報を収集する

  • 主要なステークホルダー(美容皮膚や美容外科クリニックの医療従事者等)と信頼関係を構築する

  • 適切かつ質の高いアカウント情報や競合他社の活動を社内の CRM システム(SFDC)に入力し、情報を最新の状態に保つ

  • 社内の同僚と効果的に協力し、最も適切な方法でお客様にサービスを提供し、現在および将来のビジネスチャンスを生かす

  • すべての活動において、日本のコンプライアンスに関する 100%の知識と遵守を徹底すると同時に、コンプライアンス規則の最新情報を常に身に着けて行動する

  • 顧客が医療従事者以外にも広告代理店・ライター・コンサルティング会社・HP 制作会社等、多岐に渡るが興味をもってそれに関わる業務ができるようになりたいと興味をもって接する

【必須要件】

  • 美容医療に強い興味・関心がある

  • 営業経験が 5 年以上ある

  • 優れたプロジェクト管理能力(仕事の質を維持し、期限を守ることができる)

  • 結果重視の姿勢を持ち、ビジネス目標に対して強いオーナーシップとコミットメントを持っていること。

  • コミュニケーション能力が高く、社内外での人間関係構築が得意な方

  • 優れた分析能力、問題解決能力

  • 規制や登録に関する知識が豊富

  • メンタルタフネスがあること

【望ましい要件】

  • 美容クリニックで看護師経験 5 年以上 ※美容医療業界の経験があると尚可
