水環境分野における工事契約業務(戦略策定、取引先開拓、工事費積算、工事契約、納期管理、取引先管理など)

コスト削減や工事費積算、工事契約等を中心とした従来の調達業務に加え、事業環境変化に応じて、サステナビリティ対応、レジリエンス向上等、新たな調達ミッションを広げ、創り出すことに取り組んでいます。

【募集背景】
伸長している社会インフラ事業の工事調達業務強化の為、共に成長できる新たな人材を募集します。
【職務概要】
国内上下水道を担当するチームとして、積算業務をお任せします。
チームとして年間に対応する案件は大小含めて100件程度です。
本ポジションでは実際の調達業務ではなく、ご経験を生かして積算、及び査定・価格交渉に従事いただきます。
【職務詳細】
1.設計部門と連携して、工事の発注資料から施工するにあたり必要な作業内容を把握し適切な工事費を算出する(数千〜数億円の工事が中心)
2.工事会社から取得した見積書の内容を確認し、査定・価格交渉
3.建設業法などコンプライアンス撲滅に向けた活動(社内への遵法意識の醸成、改善指導など)

【働く環境】
配属組織/チーム:部としての規模は18名で、所属いただく国内上下水道チームは6名(課長2人、主任1人、担当2人、アシスタント1人)です。メンバは30歳代が中心で若く活力に溢れるチームです。キャリア入社のメンバーも活躍中。
働き方:在宅勤務も利用しながらフレキシブルな働き方ができます。月2回程度、全国の主要都市に一泊二日程度の短期間の出張があります。

【必須条件】
・設計、施工管理、調達などで上下水道分野の公共事業において、電気工事の積算業務経験がある方
(工事費の算出や、入札用図書や発注図書を見た上で金額の見積もりが出せるレベル)
