Pricing Desk Clerk - Tank Container Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for pricing and creating quotations for Asia outbound ISO tank business of the Tank Container Competence Centre (TCCC) APAC in coordination with the Regional Procurement and local offices. Focus on exports out of South East Asia.
  • Preparation of local and regional tenders in coordination with the Local and/or Regional Sales and Business Development Manager
  • Monitoring and executing tender requests of local and regional customers
  • Communicate with local sales and customers to assist in solving problems and providing consulting assistance to create solutions.
  • Coordination with regional entities and TCCC Operations to understand customer needs, specific requirements in order to offer sharp pricing in timely manner.
  • Communicate with local offices and regional entities to check required costs for quotation creation and tender preparations.
  • Direct report to the Regional Sales and Business Development Manager of Tank Container Competence Centre APAC.
    • Your Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the international logistics industry, preferably in Procurement, Tender Management or Sales - background in the Tank Container industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, logistics or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, ability to communicate proactively.
  • Ability to keep learning and improve your expertise on the market and Tank Container product.
  • Must exemplify professionalism with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Open-minded for cross-cultural teamwork.
  • Good process management skills (process automation, digitalization, MS Office)
