小学校4年〜高校生を対象とした

放課後等デイサービスです。

"将来の自立につながる支援" を

重視したプログラムが特徴。

・買い物・調理などの日常生活スキル

・軽作業、制作、パソコンなどのお仕事体験

・外出・公共交通機関を使った課外活動

など、社会に出るために必要な力を伸ばしていきます。

ただ見守るのではなく、

「できた」「やってみたい」の

積み重ねを大切にする放デイです。

・児童の療育支援(個別/集団)

・お仕事体験や課外活動のサポート

・生活スキルの練習(片付け・金銭管理など)

・送迎業務(AT車使用)

(2)幼稚園教諭、教員免許、社会福祉⼠、精神保健福祉⼠

(3)児童福祉施設での勤務経験が2年以上の⽅

(4)⼤学の学部で⼼理・教育・社会・社会福祉の学科、 または研究科を卒業された⽅

・普通運転免許(AT限定可)お持ちの方歓迎

平日/10:30~19:30

土曜・長期休暇期間/9:30~18:30

【1日の流れ】

10:30 出勤・朝礼

申送り、本日の子どもの様子・プログラム・送迎の確認。

11:00 打ち合わせ・研修・準備

支援会議/研修/イベント打合せなど。

12:00〜13:00 昼休憩

13:00 支援準備

プログラム準備、教材の用意 など。

14:00〜17:30 サービス提供時間

17:30 片付け・記録

清掃、支援記録入力 など。

19:00 終礼

1日の振り返り、保護者様からの連絡共有。

19:30 退勤(残業ほぼなし)
