■業務内容

サービスプログラムマネジャーとして、関連プロジェクトからなるサービスプログラム、あるいは複数の個別サービスプロジェクトをリードする仕事です。

重要顧客向けの複数関連プロジェクトをパッケージとしたサービスプログラム提案から開発ロードマップ策定、新たな価値創造までをマネジメントしていただきます。

関連プロジェクト間の関係を管理し、プロジェクトやプログラムにおける優先順位を明確にしてプロジェクト業務を効果的に調整することで、ガバナンスモデルを確立していただきます。

日本を中心に世界各国で働くメンバー(セールス、プリセールス、エンゲージメントマネジメント、サービスマネジメント)や顧客などと連携する際に中心的役割を果たし、 担当エリア内の複数の国が絡むような複雑なプログラムを管理するほか、プロジェクトマネージャーなどの主要メンバーを指導していただきます。

自動車業界でのエンジニア経験がある方はその経験をサービスプロジェクトにおけるコンサルティング業務に生かしていただくことが可能です。

エンジニアリングサービスプロジェクト例:

電動化技術(モーター、バッテリー等)、熱エネルギー管理、振動騒音(NVH)、流体計算、自動運転関連技術、MBD/MBSEプロセス、等

■待遇

・基本給年額:800〜1,500万円(月額給与は12分の1)(支払い日:毎月25日)

・基本給年額以外にターゲットインセンティブあり

・退職金:企業型確定拠出年金

■就業時間

・専門業務型裁量労働制(9:00~17:30 を標準労働時間帯とし、社員の裁量に委ねる)

・時間外労働:適用外(ただし深夜勤務手当は適用)

■休日

年間休日:122日

完全週休二日制(毎週土曜日・日曜日)、国民の祝日、年末年始
