AMOEBA ENERGYは, 最適化コンピューティング技術を切り拓く研究開発型スタートアップです。独自の『アメーバアルゴリズム』をコア技術とし, それらを高速に実行できる専用チップ『最適化エンジンAMOEBA』を製造・物流分野のエンタープライズ企業と共同開発することで, スマート工場・倉庫におけるモノづくりやモノの流れの効率化に貢献するB2Bビジネスを行っています。そこから, デジタルツインにおける最適化・計画化, 製品開発・行動計画・科学技術計算における逆問題解決などを含む, 様々な意思決定アプリケーションにおいて実行可能解を高速に提示できる技術の確立を目指します。 今の人工知能技術(機械学習・ChatGPT)を支えるGPUやAIチップの先を見据え, 次の時代を担う革新的な半導体チップを次々に生み出し, グローバルに展開していきます。 わたしたちは, 『アメーバアルゴリズム』を製造・物流分野の課題解決にカスタマイズして最高パフォーマンスを達成することを目標とする研究開発を行っていただけるエンジニアを募集しています。これらのアルゴリズムは, その超並列性を最大限に引き出して実行できるよう, 専用チップで実装されることになります。ハードウェアアーキテクチャを意識したアルゴリズム開発が必要になる点に特色があります。

必須スキル


スキル ・コーディングスキル(Python and/or C++) ・デバッガを使ってプログラム動作を解析できる ・既存アルゴリズムを理解し効率化できる数学的・論理的思考能力 ・ハードウェアに近いレベル(メモリ管理やレジスタ操作)を意識した開発 ・FPGA and/or GPUのプログラミング(Vivado, Verilog, CUDA, etc.) 経験 ・高専/大学/大学院/研究所/企業での「研究」の経験

下記分野の就学/研究/開発経験 ・数理/組合せ最適化, メタヒューリスティクス ・量子/疑似量子コンピューティング ・複雑系/非線形ダイナミクス/自然計算 ・大規模並列計算 ・工場や倉庫の制御システム ・AI/機械学習/ニューラルネットワーク
