仕事概要


KARAKURIは「Friendly Technology」をVISIONに掲げ、東大岡田研出身の研究開発力を基にAIの社会実装を行っています。 2018年からコンタクトセンター向けAI SaaSの「KARAKURI Digital CS Series」の提供を開始し、東京海上日動様、星野リゾート様、SmartHR様など幅広い業態の企業様に、ご導入いただいてまいりました。 研究開発領域では、Googleのアクセラレーションプログラムの日本第一期生に採択され、AWSのLLM(大規模言語モデル、いわゆる生成AI)開発プログラムで日本語性能ではトップ(2024年初旬当時)を達成。 2024年10月には経済産業省の生成AI開発(いわゆるLLM)助成金プロジェクトに採択され、現在「マルチモーダル型(異なる種類のデータを統合的に扱える)AIエージェントモデル」の開発を行っています。 このたび、事業成長に伴い、経理業務の標準化・自動化を推進し、成長に耐えうる経理基盤を構築できる経理責任者を募集します。 単なる帳簿作成ではなく、ITツールを駆使して「入力を減らす」「ミスを減らす」仕組みを自走で作れる方を歓迎します。監査法人や事業部との調整も含め、決算の品質とスピードを両立する役割です。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・月次・四半期・年次決算の取りまとめおよびレビュー ・会計、経費、請求、支払、勤怠などSaaSツールの運用設計・改善 ・Google Spreadsheet(GAS、QUERY、ピボット等)を活用した集計・自動化設計 ・経理プロセスの仕組み化(手順・チェックリスト・承認フロー・証跡の設計) ・監査法人・税理士・社内事業部との連携・調整 ・経理業務の効率化・自動化の企画・実行 【本ポジションの魅力】 ・当社の急成長フェーズにおける経理基盤構築に直接携われる ・ITツールを駆使した業務改善や自動化を、自分の裁量で推進可能 ・スタートアップならではのスピード感と裁量権の大きさ ・社内外の多様なステークホルダーとの調整スキルが磨ける ・将来的に経理部門のマネジメントや制度設計まで関与できる

必須スキル


・ITリテラシーが高いこと(GAS、QUERY、ピボットなどのスプレッドシート操作経験、SaaSツール運用設計経験) ・業務改善や仕組み化を自走できる姿勢 ・社内外の関係者と円滑に調整できるコミュニケーション力 ・Slack/メールなどで、要点を誤解なく伝えるテキストコミュニケーション能力 ・向上心があり、ITや業務改善に苦手意識がないこと

歓迎スキル


・公認会計士資格(必須ではないがあれば尚可) ・スタートアップやIPO準備企業での経理実務経験(月次決算の主担当〜レビュー経験) ・システム導入・リプレイスや業務自動化(GAS/Make/Zapier/RPA等)の経験 ・経理チームマネジメント経験
