\\ メーカーさんからの荷物とトラックをマッチングさせるお仕事です //

  • 週休二日制でプライベート充実

< 主に4つの業務を分担して行います >

  • 取引先対応(電話・メール)

・取引先からの問い合わせ対応(荷物・トラックの手配)

・荷物や空車の情報を収集

  • 荷物の受注&車両の手配

・メーカーや協力会社から輸送依頼を受け、

条件に合うトラックを手配

  • 進捗管理&情報収集

・運送状況や交通情報をチェックし、進捗を管理

・遅延が発生した場合は、荷主へ報告・調整

  • データ入力&事務業務

・輸送依頼書の作成や受注データの入力

・売上集計や書類作成などの事務業務

トラックは毎回決まった仕事があるわけではなく、

荷物があって初めて動きます。

例えば、大阪で荷物を降ろしたトラックが東京へ戻る際、

次の荷物がなければコストが発生。

そんな時、荷物を探すトラックと、

トラックを探すメーカーをつなぐのが 「配車」 です
