・勤務時間:09:00~17:30(休憩60分、実働7時間30分)

・センターの運営管理業務全般

・オペレータースタッフのフォロー・育成・新人研修

・スタッフからの質問・相談対応

・勤怠管理、報告書・資料作成

・繁忙時のオペレーター対応

・事務作業と現場対応の両立が求められます

・月平均10時間の時間外労働があります

【1日の流れ(例)】

・09:00 出社、朝礼・目標確認

・09:30~12:00 スタッフ対応、品質管理、相談受付

・12:00~13:00 休憩

・13:00~16:00 研修・教育、報告書作成

・16:00~17:30 管理業務、翌日準備

【求める人物像】

・社会人経験3年以上

・コールセンター・BPOセンター等での管理業務経験

・パソコン基本操作可能(エクセル・ワード)

・スタッフ育成に関心のある方
