「BAKE the SHOP 自由が丘店」で、スイーツを届ける販売スタッフを大募集。

一見、可愛い・お洒落なお店ですが、

「スイーツが好きだから」

「お洒落なお店で働きたい~」

…という志望理由だけだと、きっと後悔します。

見た目に反して、自由が丘店は「楽な職場」ではありません。

階段の上り下りもあるし、実は結構アクティブ。

さらに、製造も接客もやるので、マルチタスク。

「こんなに大変なのか…」と思うこともしばしあるかも。

でも、やっている内に体力もつきますし、瞬時の判断力や「本物の接客力」が身につきます。

スイーツショップでの接客・販売業務をお願いします。

✿お客様のご案内・レジ対応

✿焼きたてスイーツのお渡し

✿商品の補充・陳列

✿店内清掃 など

レジや接客だけでなく、製造補助や品出しも行います。

状況を見て「今は何が必要か」を判断して動くため、指示待ちではない「自分で考える力」が育ちます。

店舗は階段移動が多く、1日動いているとかなりの運動量になります。

8:30~21:30

✽週2日~、1日4時間~OK

✽シフトは柔軟に対応

【スタッフの働き方はいろいろ】

<主婦(夫)Aさん>

10:00~16:00で週3日勤務

  • お子さんを保育園に預けた後からお迎えまで

<学生 Bさん>

17:00~21:00で週2日勤務

  • 学校終わりにバイトモードへ切り替え

17時~21時まで。

<フリーター Cさん>

週5日、1日8時間

  • フルタイム勤務でがっつりシフトIN

<<6ヶ月以上の長期勤務可能な方は大歓迎です>>

契約更新期間:半年

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1250円 〜
