仕事内容:

建設業に従事する技能者の労働環境改善・人材確保・生産性向上を目的とした「キャリアアップシステム」の再構築プロジェクトです。

現行システムの課題を解消し、利便性向上・データ利活用促進・保守性/拡張性向上を図る次期システムを新規開発します。

現行システムの解析から要件定義、基本設計、開発、保守に至るまでを担当し、ベテラン技術者を含むチーム体制での参画を想定しています。

■作業内容

・現行機能(設計書/ソースコード)の解析

・新システムの要件定義・基本設計

・Java/Vue.jsを用いたシステム開発

・リリース後の安定運用を見据えた拡張性・保守性の高い設計

・体制内のリーダーポジション業務(該当者のみ)

求める人材:

■必須スキル

・現行機能調査(設計書読解、ソースコード解析)経験

・Web業務アプリケーションにおける要件定義・基本設計経験

・Java/Vue.jsでの開発経験

・チーム内でのリーダー経験(リーダー枠希望者のみ)

■尚可スキル

・Spring Bootによる開発経験

・Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL使用経験

・Red Hat Enterprise Linuxでの開発経験

・MarkLogicの解析経験

勤務時間・曜日:

原則自由
