エリアマネージャー補佐として

「担当施設が円滑に回る」よう支える仕事

・1人あたり8~10事業所を担当

・施設長・スタッフとの面談

・課題ヒアリング/改善のサポート

・自治体との調整

・求人対応・採用面接

・年間計画書・各種書類作成

  • 子ども・保護者と関わる場面もあり
  • "支える立場"として成長できる環境です

9:00~12:00

  • 事務所で書類作成・計画立案
  • 事務所スタッフや各事業所と連絡・調整
  • 当日の巡回準備や確認作業
  • 朝礼・チームミーティングあり

12:00~13:00

  • 休憩(外出・所内どちらもOK)

13:00~17:30

  • 担当施設(8~10事業所)の巡回
  • 施設長・スタッフとの面談
  • 現場の課題ヒアリング・改善サポート
  • 必要に応じて自治体との連絡・調整

17:30~18:00

  • 事務所へ戻り、資料作成
  • 翌日の準備やスケジュール整理

基本給:月給 23万4000円 〜 26万円

固定残業代:あり

役職手当:20,000円
