営業事務スタッフ募集

売上伝票や見積書の発行などの

メインの営業事務に加え、店頭での接客、

商品の包装・発送業務、

SNS投稿やPOP作成など、

幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。

一日中デスクに座り続ける仕事ではなく、

社内で連携しながら進めるので、

すぐに相談やフォローがしあえる

安心のサポート体制です。

3月末から産休のスタッフからの引継ぎ期間も

しっかり設けています。

・売上伝票、納品書、請求書、

見積書の発行

・専用システムへのデータ入力

・店頭での簡単な接客対応

・商品の包装、発送準備

・SNS投稿や売場POPの作成補助

営業事務を軸にしながら、

店頭接客や発送、包装業務も

分担して行います。

事務業務だけではないため、

作業内容に変化があり、

社内を行き来しながら仕事が進みます。

一日の中でデスク作業と立ち作業があり、

メリハリをつけて働けます。

伝票や請求書の発行は、

専用システムを使用。

操作方法を一度覚えれば、

同じ流れで処理できる業務が中心です。

Word・Excelの基本操作ができれば、

未経験からでも問題ありません。

3月末から産休のスタッフから、

業務を引き継ぐ期間を確保。

他のスタッフと協力する職場ですし、

いきなり一人で任されることはなく、

実際の業務を一緒に進めながら

その場で確認できる体制です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

※繫忙期には残業することもあります

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
