【仕事内容】

いらなくなったモノを、

次に必要な人へつなぐサービスのご案内。

やることはとってもカンタン

個人宅を訪問してチラシを手渡すだけ

話す内容はマニュアル通りでOK

②各家庭へチラシを配布&説明

③興味があれば専門チームにバトンタッチ

④帰社後、数字を報告して終了

実働時間:1日あたり8時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 24日

8:30~18:00

月平均残業時間10時間以内

給与詳細


基本給:月給 33万円 〜 150万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・賞与回数:業績賞与

・インセンティブ有

お客様からのご依頼件数に応じて支給

・昇給は期間に限らず随時チャンスあり

<給与体制2パターン有>

・基本給30万円+インセンティブ

・基本給24万円+インセンティブ

※歩合給の割合が異なります。

<入社1ヶ月目>

月収52万5000円=月給33万円+19万5000円(インセンティブ)

<入社3ヶ月目>

月収66万5000円=月給24万円+42万5000円(インセンティブ)

<入社2年目>

月収117万円=月給24万円+83万円(インセンティブ)+10万円(業績賞金)
