【業務内容(インターン)】

人事・採用に関わる催事(イベント)業務を中心に、社員と一緒に現場へ入り、運営・サポートを行います。

<具体例>

・コスモ石油関連イベント

└ ガソリンスタンドでのポスティング

└ コスモカードの販促サポート

・携帯キャリア系イベント

└ ドコモ/ソフトバンク系の現場催事

└ 来場者対応・簡単なご案内

・住宅リフォームの同行サポート

└ 社員に同行し、現場の流れを学ぶ

※不動産営業の同行は現状ほぼありません

※ノルマ・難しい業務はありません

※必ず社員が近くにいる環境です

【報酬・評価制度】

日当制+評価制度を採用しています。

・スタート:日当11,000円〜

(時給換算:約1,571円)

・一定基準クリア後:

日当12,000円

(例:稼働144h前後で到達するケースあり)

・MAX:日当15,000円

(リーダー社員インターン)

※時給換算:約2,100円
