お仕事内容

(正社員)

まんてん堂グループホームじょうとう関目での主任介護職として、介護業務とスタッフ指導・現場管理をお願いします。

【主な業務内容】

  • 介護業務全般

・食事・入浴・排泄などの生活支援

・レクリエーションの企画・実施

・調理業務(簡単な食事作り)

  • スタッフ管理

・シフト作成・勤怠管理

・スタッフの指導・育成

・業務の進捗確認と調整

  • ご家族様の対応

・ご家族との連絡・相談対応

・入居者の健康状態の把握と報告

  • 運営補助

・介護記録・報告書の確認(iPad)

・行政対応や書類作成の補助

・施設内の環境整備・安全管理

  • その他付随業務

・会議参加、情報共有等

※1ユニット9名様のみの介護です。(3ユニットあり)

※スタッフは22名所属。(正社員;9名、パート;13名)

※食事はパウチ状のおかずを湯煎して作ります。

※記録はiPad。

※服装は自由です。ポロシャツチノパンでの勤務が多いです。

・基本給

(実務者・初任者)227,000円~

・役職手当;30,000円
