仕事内容:

<リゾート沖縄での職人急募>

・沖縄県での新規事業開拓の為、沖縄でお仕事をしてくださる方を募集

・県内、県外どちらからの応募も歓迎

・外国の方も歓迎

・大手建設業者の下請け現場や、個人宅のお庭の植栽工事・外構工事を行います。

<植栽工事>

・植栽の配置や植え込み

・植栽工事に必要な植木等の手入れ管理、栽培

・剪定 等

<外構工事>

・土工事、ブロック積、コンクリート打ち、金物工事、ウッドデッキ組立工事

・車庫設置工事、フェンスや門の取付け

・造成、整地 等

  • 大手・ハウスビルダーや一般ユーザーを顧客とし、主に植栽工事と植木の栽培、エクステリア工事を行う会社です。

  • 2tトラックが運転できる免許(AT可)
  • 体力に自信があり、現場での作業ができる方

  • ユンボ・ユニックの操作が出来る、資格がある方
  • 土木作業の経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間は1年単位の変形労働時間制を採用しています

就業時間:8:00~17:00(休憩時間90分)

休日:日曜・土曜(土曜は月に約2回・会社カレンダーによる)、年末年始、GW、お盆、連休あり

※現場により早出をお願いすることもあります

休暇・休日:

  • 日曜と1か月の内土曜約2回・会社カレンダーによる
  • 年次有給休暇(6カ月経過後)
  • 年末年始

勤務地:

  • 屋外作業が中心となります。
  • 喫煙については、屋内​禁煙、喫煙は定められた場所で行い、現場は禁煙です。

アクセス:

  • 資材置場がうるま市石川楚南にあり、集合場所となります。
  • 沖縄県本島各現場(現場によって就業場所に変更有)
  • 沖縄県沖縄市比屋根2-8-31(当社 沖縄支店)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥38,000〜¥97,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

  • 給与月額は①~②となります
  • 欠勤と事故が無ければ、通常30~40万円(通勤手当含む)となります
  • 固定残業代は概算で20~45時間分です。金額を計算し、固定残業代を超えた分は追加で支給します
  • 休日出勤手当は追加で支給します
  • 試用期間中は月額マイナス1万円となります
  • ①30万円(皆勤手当2万円+無事故手当3万円+通勤手当5千円+固定残業約20時間3万8千円)を含む②40万(皆勤手当2万円+無事故手当3万円+通勤手当5千円+固定残業約45時間9万7千円)を含む
  • 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績あり)昇給年1回、賞与年2~3回
