一都三県を中心に、自社開発のアパートや戸建ての建築

改装工事・解体工事の施工管理を担当します。

受注や企画段階から携わり、工事計画の作成、工程

安全・品質・原価の管理、協力業者との打ち合わせなどを行います。

◆1級建築施工管理技士

◆普通自動車免許

勤務時間・曜日:

09:30~18:30

◆実働時間:8時間/日

※残業は月平均30時間程度です。

週休2日(土日以外)

◆完全週休2日制(火曜・水曜)

◆年末年始休暇:5日

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,600,000 〜 ¥7,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥51,740(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※前職給与は配慮いたします。
