2003年に創業し、スキンケアブランドの企画・開発から販売までを手掛けている当社。

今回は当社の主力ブランド「アンプルール」の売上拡大を目指し、

新規顧客獲得のためのマーケティング担当としてご活躍いただける方を募集します

■具体的な業務内容

広告代理店への指示だし・スケジュール管理

WEB広告運用を依頼している5~6社程の代理店や業務委託マーケターとやり取りしていただきます。

PDCAサイクル運用、レポーティング 

広告運用の数値を確認しながら、進捗管理を行っていただきます。

入社後の意欲やご活躍次第で・・・

・WEB広告の記事ライティング、ディレクション

・新規顧客獲得のための販促キャンペーン企画 など

EC事業部は8名で構成されており、チーム全体会議やプロジェクトごとのミーティングを通してお互いの進捗状況を確認しながら、チーム全員で販売戦略をつくり上げています。

◆WEB広告運用について基本的な知識がある方

(広告代理店に勤務していた方やスクールで学んだ方もOK◎)

◆社会人経験が【2年以上】ある方

◆円滑なコミュニケーションを図れる方

◎インハウスでのWEB広告運用経験(Google・LINE・Yahoo等)

◎アフィリエイト広告の運用経験

◎単品リピート通販やD2C事業での業務経験

◎ECサイト・ECモールの運用経験

【スーパーフレックスタイム制】

コアタイム:なし

フレキシブルタイム:8:00~22:00

最低労働時間:1日4時間

標準労働時間:1日8時間(+休憩60分)

アクセス:

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,000〜¥66,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
