部署・サービスについて

楽天ペイメント/ プロダクト開発本部 では、決済サービスに関連するシステムサービスの立案から、基本・詳細設計、コーディング、試験、運用までの全てを行っています。

楽天グループのシナジーに加え、最新技術を活用しながら、年間で多くのプロジェクトが動いています。

サービス拡大と共に非常にスケールの大きなシステムの企画、構築、運用を経験すると同時に、お客様の声をダイレクトに聞くことでサービスの改善に繋げています。

サービス規模の拡大を受けて、更なる体制拡大やシステム強化を行う必要があるため、増員を計画しています。

業務内容

データベース管理者(DBA)を募集しています。

当社データベースシステムの最適化を担当して頂き、データの整合性、可用性、セキュリティ性を確保する重要な役割を担います。

特に、MySQLおよびMariaDBの経験が豊富な方を歓迎します。

主な業務内容

・MySQLおよびMariaDBのデータベース設計・運用

・Golden Gateを使用したデータレプリケーションの管理

・パフォーマンス監視とチューニング

・データベースのトラブルシューティングと問題解決

・インドの開発・運用チームとの連携

・プライベートクラウドおよびパブリッククラウド環境でのデータベース管理

必須要件:

・データベース管理の実務経験(3年以上)

・MySQL(MariaDBでも可) に関する知識・実務経験

・パフォーマンスチューニングやトラブル対応を行った経験

・コミュニケーションスキルとチームワーク能力

歓迎要件:

・Oracle GoldenGate (for non-Oracle) に関する知識や業務経験

・Google Cloud でのデータベース運用の経験(CloudSQL, Spanner)

・データベースの自動化ツールやスクリプト言語(Python、Shellなど)の経験

・データベースの監視ツール(Zabbix、Grafanaなど)の使用経験

・AIを活用したデータベースの運用改善の経験

・リーダーシップ経験またはリーダーシップスキル

・関係者を巻き込むことで、ルールの策定や提案を積極的に行える方

・FinTech業界での就業経験・知識・ノウハウをお持ちの方(FISCなど)

・当事者意識を持ち、何事にも能動的なアクションを取れる方(自走できる方)
