ニーズを拾うスタイルなので、

営業経験がなくても、誠実な対応ができれば

自然と注文をいただけます。

  • 20~30代未経験で年収660万円も

月給27万7000円に加え

手厚い諸手当(住宅・家族手当)と、

頑張りに応じた報奨金がプラスされます

未経験からスタートしても、

同年代の平均年収を大きく上回る

29歳/入社3年目…【年収666万円】

(月給29万2000円+手当+賞与3回合計197万2000円)

32歳/入社9年目…【年収714万円】

(月給30万5000円+手当+賞与3回合計267万6000円)

【仕事内容】

・既存顧客の巡回訪問

  • 担当エリアのお客様を1日10件ほど回ります。

・ニーズのヒアリング

  • 「最近、現場の進み具合はどうですか?」

といった世間話から、困りごとを拾い上げます。

・提案/見積作成

  • ご要望に合わせて商品を選定、社内で見積書作成。

・発注手配

  • 注文いただいた商品をメーカーへ手配。

現場に届くまでの段取りを管理

【入社3~4カ月間は以下の研修があります】

期間中は営業に回ることはありません。

座学研修:商品知識を基礎から学習

配送同行:先輩の横に乗ってルートを確認

荷物扱い:丁寧な扱い方や積み込みのコツを伝授

組立研修:商品の組み立て・設置技術の習得

基本給:月給 27万7000円 〜 45万5000円
