  • 自社ブランドの直営店舗や宿泊施設で、"ブランドの世界観"を具現化する仕事
  • 企画から現場監修まで一貫して携わり、大きな裁量を持って取り組めます。

  • 店舗・施設の内装設計とコンセプト立案
  • 新規出店・施設立ち上げの計画・進行管理・行政対応
  • 什器・サイン・備品などの設計監修
  • 現地での装飾・設営作業
  • スタッフや関係部署との連携と現場改善提案
  • 複数施設を統括するマネジメント業務

<必須条件>

・店舗や宿泊施設などの空間設計、内装ディレクションの実務経験

・現場監修や関係者との調整業務のご経験

・設計だけでなく、運用・動線などを考慮した設計提案ができる方

・社内外の関係者と連携し、リーダーシップを発揮できる方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

【勤務時間】

7:00~16:00

・時差出勤制:生活スタイルに合わせて出社時間を上記4パターンから選択

・実働8時間、休憩60分

・試用期間中は10:00〜19:00の勤務

※出店スケジュールにより変動あり

休日休暇


年間休日120日以上,完全週休2日制,育休あり,土日祝休み

GW、夏季・冬季休暇あり、慶弔休、有給、産休育休あり

※夏季・冬季は土日+有給の計画付与にて5日以上の連休

給与詳細


基本給:月給 60万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

  • 6か月間の試用期間あり(※条件に変更はありません)

※経験・スキルなどを考慮の上決定

※昇給あり(査定:年2回)

※管理職採用のため残業代の支給なし
