職務内容
外資系クライアントをもつ行政書士法人での仕事です。
商業登記に伴う事務作業及びクライアント及び提携司法書士とのコミュニケーション
日本の会社法等を英語にて口頭でクライアントに説明。必要に応じ、司法書士と連携してスムーズな会社設立をサポート
イミグレーション業務
申請に必要な情報収集から、在留資格認定証明書の発行等に向けての業務
賃貸契約や保険サポート業務
クライアントから依頼があり次第、日本で居住するアパートの手配や保険手配業務
Custodial業務
クライアントの印鑑を預かり管理する業務
クライアントの指示の下、請求書の作成等を含めたアドミン業務
その他付随する業務をお願いしていきます。
必須条件
行政書士資格保有者
行政書士法人または、司法書士法人で2年以上のご就業経験をお持ちの方
英語ビジネスレベル(TOEIC750以上目安)
日本語ビジネスレベル
ワード、エクセル使用経験
尚可条件
許認可申請のご経験をお持ちの方
グローバル企業でご就業されたご経験
フレックスタイム制
・コアタイム:10:30~16:30(休憩60分)
