Our Corporate Secretarial (COSEC) team plays a pivotal role in supporting multinational clients operating in Japan, by providing state-of-the-art Legal and Coporate Secretarial services.
We are currently looking for a Legal Administrator to join our growing team in Tokyo.This role is also open to candidates with no related work experience but is interested in pursuing a career in Legal / Law field.
Key Responsibilities*Professional Support*Assist in creating documents related to corporate law (定時株主総会、設立、役員変更 etc)
Obtaining certificates from public institutions such as the Legal Affairs Bureau (法務局)
English translation of the Complete History of Incorporated Matters Certificate (履歴事項全部証明書)
Sending e-mails with documents to clients in both Japanese and English
Preparing and delivering stamped documents to clients, as well as filing, scanning and other related work
Other various administrative support tasks as for clients as needed
Key Qualifications
Associate / Diploma degree and above
2+ years of work experience with some type of admin / PC duties
Strong document/project management skills
Native level Japanese and Business level English (spoken and written)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skill set
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in a law firm, or shiho-shoshi (司法書士) office
