デジタルマーケティングにおいて、企業のブランド価値を高めビジネスを最大化するため人間中心設計での顧客体験の構造化を行い、主にオウンドメディアで最良のUXと最適なUIの提供を支援する業務。

②ターゲットユーザー選定/カスタマージャーニーマップ作成

③UXリサーチ

④情報設計/画面設計

⑤コンセプト検証/評価テストの設計と実行

・プロジェクト概要:UIUI改善支援(アプリ LP/EC/コーポレートサイトなどのWebサイト等)/UX人材育成支援/UIUX戦略策定支援

・クライアント_業界:大手メガバンク 大手通信業界 某エンターテインメント社 医療医薬

・チーム構成:

8名(PM1名 PL1名 UXUIデザイナー2名 コンテンツプランナー1名 デザインディレクター1名 他2名)

└UXからUIまで一連のプロセスをカバーするデザイナーや、UX/UIデザイナーの成果物をディレクションするデザインディレクターが在籍しています。

8名(PM1名 PL1名 Dir2名 Eng1名 UXデザイナー1名 UIデザイナー1名)

└UXを担当するデザイナーとUIを担当するデザイナーが在籍しており、分業による制作が可能です。

・担当領域:UXリサーチ/コンセプト策定/ストーリーボードの作成/体験構造図作成/ユーザーフロー図の作成/サイトマップ作成/ワイヤーフレーム作成/プロトタイピング/コンセプト検証(テストの設計/実査/評価)

・使用ツール例:Google Analytics、Adobe XD、Photoshop、Illustrator、Figma、Slack、

・成功事例:UIUX開発改善/CVR改善/CX改善

【求める人材】

・UXリサーチの実務経験(3年以上)

└例:アンケート調査、ユーザーインタビュー、カスタマージャーニーマップ作成など

・Figma、Miro、AdobeXDなどを用いたプロダクトデザインの実務経験(3年以上)

【給与】

年収650~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
