仕事内容
自社開発マンション・アパートの営業企画【デベロッパー業務の全てに携わる/土日祝休/WLB充実/愛知】
【仕事内容】
同社開発のデザイナーズマンション、木造アパートの用地情報収集から、仕入・企画・一棟販売まで一気通貫で部署全体で携わります。
不動産仲介業者や金融機関を中心に用地情報の収集の他、不動産売買や企画営業、マーケティング業務等も行う法人営業がメインになります。
※特に20~30代のお客様をターゲットにしたデザイン性を重視したデザイナーズマンションは全国で実績があり、オーナー様だけではなく入居者視点も含めた不動産開発に関わっていきます。
【業務詳細】
マンション&アパートの開発用地仕入または一棟販売業務
不動産仲介業者の定期的な訪問や新規開拓、銀行等からの紹介により用地情報収集および仕入れを行います。

<業務の大まかな流れ>
用地情報の収集と購入物件の企画事業計画案作成販売資料作成お客様との商談・資金計画の提案金融機関との折衝(顧客融資斡旋)物件の引渡し、決済

【年収例】450万円~700万円(例:25歳~39歳)【月給例】300,000円~510,000円(例:25歳~39歳)賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。※残業代月20日間勤務想定昇給:あり賞与:あり賞与実績:昨年実績3.4か月分

宅地建物取引士取得者(資格手当として月額1万円支給)
