当園は企業主導型保育園(定員12名)です。

小規模だからこそできる一人一人に愛情をたっぷり注ぐ手厚い保育を実現しています。

認可園ではありませんが、毎年入園キャンセル待ち希望者が多数出る保育園です。

外遊びの充実

など時には外部から専門的な講師の方をお招きすることもございます。

離職率も非常に低い保育園です。

株式会社PLANECTIONは2005年より妊産婦ケアを専門とする整体院を運営し20万件以上の施術を行ってきました。

多くの赤ちゃんが一緒に来られたり、産後の方のお話を聞く中で保育事情について考えさせられることが度々ありました。また、私たちの専門分野でもある体の発育という面でも特に0~3歳の過ごし方が将来に非常に影響してくることも日々痛感していました。

私にも小中学生の子供と3歳の子供がいます。

その子たちの保育、教育施設選びを考えたときにどうしても妥協する部分が多く悩みに悩みました。

来院されるお母さん方のお話を聞いてもやはり、特に乳幼児期は「預けるだけ」の施設が多く、入園できない方からすると「預かってもらえるだけまだまし」といった意見が多くありました。

また、「習い事もさせてみたいけど時間的に無理だ」という意見もありました。

そこで私達の経験と知識を生かしてできるだけ「妥協するのではなく積極的に利用したくなる保育施設」つまり「自分たちの子供を預けたくなるような施設」を作れないかと考えました。

乳幼児期はいいことも悪いこともスポンジのようにドンドン吸収して行きます。

その大切な時期にそれぞれの子供の長所を見つけてあげて、そこを伸ばしてあげられるような保育を実施して上げることで子供の将来性も大きく変わってくるのではないかと思います。

「妥協しない」と上記しましたが勿論施設の規模的にも妥協するところは出てくると思います。

しかし、小規模だからこそ出来る事も数多くあると思っています。

妥協なく本当にいい保育を提供して行きたいと思っています。

夕方勤務できる方歓迎
