信託部のメンバーとして経験に応じていずれかの業務をお任せいたします。
■新規受託案件の企画業務・信託設定事務
■新規受託案件のドキュメンテーション業務、外部弁護士との折衝
■信託受益権、ABLの投資家招聘業務(金融法人部と協働)
■信託受益権、ABLの投資家販売用資料の作成
■プロジェクトファイナンス(不動産、太陽光等)に関するアレンジメント業務
■新規ファイナンススキームの考案
■シンジケートローン等のアレンジメント業務
■主に信託に関連する情報収集及び他部署への情報発信

不動産投資ローン事業で成長をし、業界内で確固たる地位を築いてきたオリックス銀行ですが、信託関連ビジネスの拡大も目指しており、業務が拡大することに伴う増員の募集となります。
これまでの信託で培った経験を活かすだけでなく、会社の事業成長をけん引する、というやりがいも感じながら仕事をすることが出来ます。
また、社内の決断スピードも速く、様々なことを裁量権を持って進めることが出来ることも、他金融機関には無い同行の強みです。
信託ビジネスは今後拡大予定ですので、中途入社者には、決まった仕事を進めるのではなく、ご経験・ナレッジを活かして様々なチャレンジをしていただくことを期待しています。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■銀行、信託銀行、証券会社などで証券化業務・オリジネーション業務のご経験をお持ちの方
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 1200 万円
※経験や能力を考慮して、規定により優遇します。
■残業代:別途支給有
■昇給:年1回(4月)■賞与:年2回(6月、12月)
予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。月給は固定手当を含めた表記です。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
