不動産開発営業職【大手ゼネコングループ企業/福岡】
【仕事内容】
大手上場ゼネコングループ企業建築の最上流工程に関われる発注者側の不動産開発営業担当の募集です。
デベロッパー営業・企画・PJ推進など、同社の開発部門において不動産開発営業を担当いただきます。
建築の最上流工程に関わることが出来ます

- 分譲マンションなどの用地仕入(新規仲介会社開拓・事業収支作成)
- 不動産の売買
- 顧客折衝
- 竣工の立ち合い
- 利益・進捗管理
【配属部署について】
開発事業部門は現在20名ほどの組織となっています。
中核人材を募集しており、組織をけん引し売上拡大・事業拡大していく存在として活躍していきたい方にはやりがいを感じていただけやすい環境となっています。

年収:450万円~600万円(25歳~45歳例)月給:23万円~賞与:年1回 賞与:年2回※上記はあくまで参考例です。ご経験など考慮し決定いたします。
