仕事内容:

歯科医院を中心とした医療機関のWebサイト運用・改善提案を行うCRMスタッフを募集します。

クライアントの専任担当として、院長や事務長と直接対話しながら「集患」という経営課題の解決に取り組みます。アクセス解析をもとにした改善提案から、SEO・MEO対策、Web広告の運用まで、Webマーケティングを幅広く経験できるポジションです。

■具体的な仕事内容

・クライアント医院との定期面談・課題ヒアリング ・Google Analyticsを活用したサイト分析と改善提案 ・SEO/MEO対策の企画・実施 ・リスティング広告・SNS広告の運用 ・社内デザイナー・コーダーへの制作指示・進行管理 ・運用レポートの作成・報告

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30~18:30(所定労働時間8時間 休憩60分)

残業月平均10~20時間

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥54,500〜¥86,500(35時間相当分)を含む。35時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
