You will work in one of the following outlets within the hotel: All Day Dining Restaurant, Signature Kappo Restaurant, Lobby Lounge.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
Working closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue
Overseeing one food and beverage outlet; either All Day Dining Restaurant, Signature Kappo Restaurant or Lobby Lounge
What We need from you:
2+ years' related experience, including management experience
Must speak Japanese. English proficiency is preferred

レストラン・スーパーバイザー
勤務地:インターコンチネンタル札幌
レストランスーパーバイザーとして、ゲスト一人ひとりにとって忘れられない体験を提供する最前線でご活躍いただきます。ホテル内のオールデー・ダイニング、スペシャリティ・割烹レストラン、ロビーラウンジのいずれかでの勤務。
業務内容(一日の一例)
毎日異なるチャレンジがありますが、主な業務は以下のとおりです:
意欲あるホスピタリティチームの指導・育成・マネジメント
高いサービス基準を設定し、それをさらに上回る方法を模索することで、ゲストおよび法人顧客に卓越した体験を提供
フード&ビバレッジの品質管理を通じて、持続可能で責任あるビジネスの実践
財務チームと連携し、予算の策定・監視・改善、ならびに収益の最大化
以下のいずれか1つの飲食施設の運営管理:
オールデイダイニングレストラン、シグネチャー割烹レストラン、またはロビーラウンジ

サービス業における実務経験2年以上(うちマネジメント経験を含む)
日本語での業務が可能であること(英語力があれば尚歓迎)
