仕事内容


職務詳細

親会社であるユビキタスAI所属でグループ子会社(株式会社グレープシステム、株式会社ライトストーン)の決算業務を含む経理業務全般を担って頂きます。

各社にも経理担当はおりますが、親会社であるユビキタスAI側の基準に合わせた経理処理や、今後の会計システムの刷新など新たな試みも進める予定ですので、主担当として全体管理もお願いしたいと考えています。

将来的には連結決算や開示業務にもチャレンジいただける環境です。

  • 業務内容:

当社グループ子会社の経理責任者(株式会社グレープシステム、株式会社ライトストーン)として決算業務を含む経理業務全般を担って頂きます。

  • 具体的な業務

・月次・年次の財務資料作成(試算表・決算書など)

・経営陣への月次決算報告

・銀行とのやり取り(口座管理・残高確認など)

・請求書の発行および入金管理

・会計ソフトへの仕訳入力・帳簿管理

・その他、経理業務の改善・効率化に向けた取り組み

※勤務地は、ユビキタスAIの新宿オフィスが基本となりますが、

グレープシステム担当の場合は武蔵小杉、

ライトストーン担当の場合は秋葉原(馬喰町、岩本町)のオフィスに出社頂き、子会社所属の経理担当者と連携しながら業務を進めていただくことがあります。

<経験・スキル>

【必須要件】

・事業会社における経理部門の業務経験を有する方

・財務諸表および連結財務諸表の作成ならびに分析経験をお持ちの方。

・マネジメント経験をお持ちの方。

【歓迎要件】
