<仕事の流れはこんな感じです>

①会場設営

催事を開催する百貨店やデパートに行き、

販売台の装飾やのれんの取り付けなど設営を行います。

設営日は2時間ほどで仕事が終わるので、

その後観光したりご当地料理を食べてもOK

②催事開催

骨付鳥をオーブンで焼いて販売

1つの現場で2〜3名で対応します

接客担当もいるので、調理に集中できます

③撤収作業

売り場を片付け、荷物を段ボールにまとめて送り返します。

終わってすぐに次の現場に向かう人もいれば、

次の日を休みにして周辺を観光をする人も

※仕込み作業はなし

※催事期間は1週間ほどで、1ヶ月に2〜3ヶ所の催事場を担当します。

<入社後について>

入社から2ヶ月ほど調理や接客、会場の準備、百貨店ごとのマナーなどを学びます。

仕事内容自体はシンプルで、調理マニュアルもしっかりしたものをご用意

入社1ヶ月ほどで独り立ちしたメンバーもいますので、未経験の方でもご安心ください

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり170時間

9:00〜20:00(実働4~10時間)

1年単位の変形労働時間制(1日平均実働8時間、休憩60分)

※残業は基本的になし

関西近郊の祭事会場なので、

何日も家を空ける心配はなし

無理なく長く働けます

月8日休み

  • 夏季休暇あり(6日/昨年度実績)
  • 年末年始休暇あり(7日/昨年度実績)

年により変動しますが、平均5〜7日ほどとなります。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

  • 昇給年1回あり(5月)
  • 賞与年2回あり

(5月・11月/昨年度実績:1~2ヶ月分)

  • 出張の宿泊費・交通費全額支給
