仕事内容:

■業務内容

アカウントプランナーとして、クライアントのデジタルマーケティングにおける課題解決を支援します。

・既存クライアントの対応:各施策PDCA実践サポート、数値に基づく改善提案、追加施策の提案など

・営業活動、施策実行に伴う社内外の関係者との調整、ディレクション

・新規クライアントへの営業活動:初回ヒアリング、与件整理、資料作成、企画提案など

・年商数億~数百億円規模の中堅企業、中小企業を中心に、業界業種問わず幅広いビジネスモデルが対象となります。

・取引事例:大手不動産会社、大手美容クリニック、大手保険代理店、大手IT会社など

求める人材:

■MUST(必須)条件

・Web広告の運用経験 2年以上

※自社マーケも可

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00

※休憩時間: 60 分

※裁量労働制:無

※残業有無:有

※平均残業実績:30~35時間/月

※リモートワーク:慣れるまでは原則出社です。その後は週1回程度のRWが可能です。

休暇・休日:

土日祝休み

■年次有給休暇:10日(入社時に3日付与、その後6か月継続して勤務した場合に残りの7日間を付与)

■夏季休暇:2日間

■慶弔に伴う休暇等

■年間休日:120日以上

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥360,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥141,920(60時間相当分)を含む。60時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■保険:厚生年金保険、健康保険、労災、雇用保険適用

■通勤手当:上限月40,000円

(一ヶ月の定期代及び出勤日数に応じた往復交通費のどちらか安い方にてお支払いいたします)

■住宅手当:15,000円/月

(※入社1年経過後、かつ本社より半径4km以内の最寄り駅もしくは3駅以内を最寄りとする駅に居住している世帯主/※1人暮らし含む/※大阪、九州支社は10,000円/月となります)
