  • 仕事内容

企業の経営者・人事担当者に対し、新卒採用および

育成に関する人材戦略の提案を行います。

具体的には…

・経営戦略・採用育成方針を踏まえた課題ヒアリング

・ターゲットに基づいた採用コンセプト設計

・リクナビなどの媒体を活用した採用企画/運営支援

・インターンシップや説明会などの企画設計

・採用活動の振りかえり、改善提案

・入社後研修・育成プログラムの企画/運営

入社後は、先輩社員の担当企業を引き継ぎ、

サポートを受けながら徐々に業務を担当します。

段階的に仕事を任せるため、未経験でも安心です。

基本給:月給 19万7000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
