仕事内容:

横浜の本格イタリアンで調理業務全般をお任せします。

・「話を聞きたい」「質問だけ」でも面談OK

・面談はオンライン・電話・対面で対応


・前菜・パスタ・メインなどの調理業務

・仕込み、盛り付け、食材管理

・若手スタッフのサポート・指導

・キッチン内の衛生管理・品質管理

・メニュー内容に応じた調理オペレーション

・若手スタッフのサポート・指導

料理長の右腕として、現場を支えるポジション

スキル・意欲次第で、スーシェフ・料理長候補も目指せます

・イタリアンまたは洋食業態での調理経験(目安 2年以上)

※店舗の営業時間・予約状況により多少前後あり

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥56,250(21時間相当分)を含む。21時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給25万円〜40万円(時間外労働あり/平均30時間程度)

※経験・能力を考慮して決定

※固定残業代(56,250円〜93,750円)含む。超過分別途支給

昇給あり(年1回/業績・評価による)

賞与あり(業績による)

交通費全額支給

残業手当支給(規定あり)
