従来の直行直帰スタイルではなく、朝は仲間に挨拶して事業所を出発し、訪問後は事務所に戻って「今日はこんなことがあった」とすぐ相談できる体制です。身体介護・生活援助・移動時間すべて同一時給で、年間労働時間1,920時間達成で昇給制度もあります。

初任者研修修了・実務者研修修了:1,680円~2,180円

【試用期間】 15時間~30時間(時給1,226円)
【昇給制度】 年間労働時間1,920時間に達した翌月から、時給5円~25円の昇給あり

初任者研修:205,550円~284,550円
実務者研修:207,550円~287,550円
介護福祉士:215,150円~284,550円
※基本給認定は、資格取得後の介護職前歴認定を行います
