仕事内容:

スマートファクトリーとはAIやIoT等のデジタル技術を活用し、

工作機械や生産ラインをネットワーク接続することで効率がよく、生産性の高い工場の事です。

本ポジションでは製造×ITによるスマートファクトリー化の促進、導入を担当していただきます。

【プロジェクト例】

・各種メーカーの製品開発における生産設備設計、ライン設計、工程設計等におけるスマートファクトリー化の促進

・各種メーカーの製品関発工程において、仕様や設計内容の確認、評価計画の立案から実施、結果分析

・各種メーカーの製品関発工程において、生産能力や生産計画を可視化し、最適な生産計画の提案等

【業務事例】

・既存設備からデータを抽出するためのセンサー選定から方案立案

・センサーを使った生産設備の稼働状況の可視化

・処理されたデータをBIツールにて可視化、または因果分析

・AIを用いた生産効率の算出、また最適化の立案

下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・組み立て、加工、生産管理、品質管理、生産技術など製造現場での就業経験(目安2年以上)

・何かしらの言語の学習経験(例:Python,C,VBAなど)

9:00~18:00 休憩60分(配属先により異なる)
