仕事内容:

当社は冠婚葬祭ポータルサイト等の自社コンテンツ運営をはじめ、大手企業のサイト制作・運用からプロモーション、業務支援システムの開発等を行う、創業30年目を迎えた制作会社です。

「ただサイトを作るだけ」ではなく、企画から制作、運用まで一貫して企業様をサポートし、機能だけではない、ユーザーや企業様との「その先の関係が見える」サイトづくりを大切にしています。

Web制作・運用案件の増加に伴い、WEBディレクターを募集しています。

既存案件中心の主担当として制作進行業務を行っていただきます。

希望と適性に応じて要件定義・改善提案・上流工程へ段階的に関わるキャリアアップも可能です。

【業務内容】

Webサイト制作・運用におけるディレクション実務(進行管理・要件整理)を経験やスキルに応じてお任せします。

※未経験領域があっても、先輩ディレクターやチームでサポートしますのでご安心ください。

・Webサイト制作の進行管理(スケジュール調整・管理)

・要件整理・仕様の取りまとめ

・ワイヤーフレーム作成

・デザイナー/エンジニアへの指示・確認

・制作物のチェック・品質管理

・社内外関係者との調整・連絡対応

(雇入れ直後) ディレクション業務全般

(変更の範囲) 会社の定める業務

【入社後のイメージ】

入社後は既存案件のディレクション業務からスタートし、業務や環境に慣れていただきます。

希望や適性に応じて、

・上流工程(要件定義)

・UI改善・提案業務

などへ 段階的に業務を広げることも可能です。

【働き方】

・基本はオフィス出勤となります。(一部リモートワークも可能ですが、フルリモートではありません。)

・国内出張あり(日帰りで月1~2回程度 ※応相談)

※ご希望に応じて時短勤務や契約形態(パート・契約社員・アルバイト)の調整も可能です。子育て・介護などの事情もご相談ください。

・制作における進行管理・調整業務の経験

・社内外関係者と業務調整を行った経験

・Excel/PowerPointの基本的な知識

・Webマーケティング・アクセス解析の知識・運用、レポート作成経験

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

完全週休2日制 (土・日・祝日休み)

※週3日からの勤務、時短勤務、一部リモート勤務も可能ですので、お気軽にご相談ください。

  • 完全週休2日制 (土・日・祝日休み)

※ただし業務の都合で休日出社がある場合もあり(その場合は代休取得が可能)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,650〜¥70,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与(正社員の例)

月給25万円~40万円(固定残業代含む)+業績に応じての決算賞与

※給与は経験・スキル・担当範囲などを考慮の上、決定いたします

※想定残業時間:月15時間以内
