のローテーションで無理なく働けます

(1)運動サポート

会員様の運動フォームのチェック

声かけで正しい動きをサポート

(例:「膝を少し曲げましょう」)

マシンの使い方の説明

(2)事務・受付作業

データ入力・書類作成・DM発送

見学者の受付や体重測定など
