運動サポート30分事務作業30分の

業務サイクルなので、体力面も安心

………お仕事内容について………

カーブスのインストラクターの業務は

「運動サポート50%」「事務作業50%」の

比率となります。

運動サポート30分事務作業30分

再び運動サポート…という流れで1日の

業務を進めるので、本格的な運動経験が

ない方も安心ですよ

①運動サポート業務(50%)

  • 運動中の会員様のフォームをチェック
  • 「少し膝を曲げましょうか」と声かけなど
  • 新規会員の方へのマシンの使い方説明
  • おしゃべりを通じて仲良くなれる

②事務・受付業務(50%)

  • 事務室で各種データ入力
  • DM・手紙の作成&発送
  • 入会希望の見学者の体重チェックなど
  • ずっと体を動かす訳ではありません

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり170時間

  • 平日9:30~19:30
  • 土曜9:30~18:30

【店舗の営業時間】

  • 平日10:00~13:00/15:00~19:00
  • 土曜10:00~13:00

※早朝・深夜の残業はありません。

休日休暇

  • 日曜・祝日+平日2~4日シフト制
  • 夏季/年末年始休暇

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万1500円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万8757円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり16時間50分)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※土曜日は固定残業なしになります。
