We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to join our team

  • This role allowed you to build a great impact to the financial health of the organization
  • Ability to manage large team and opportunity to use English with cross departments

    • Key Accountabilities

  • This position is accountable for supervising and maintaining overall control of the Accounting Financial Management Systems as it relates to regularity, accuracy and the efficiency of the day-to-day work.
  • To be responsible for an efficient and effective day-to-day work routine and to ensure a proper month-end closing with timely preparation of accurate financial statement and reports.
  • To ascertain that all taxes, contributions, licenses, interest and management fees are accurately calculated and paid on time.
  • To review the reports compiled by Cost Controller and communicate with the Procurement Manager to ensure proper procedures and control of inventories.
  • To be responsible for an efficient and effective day-to-day work routine and to ensure a proper month-end closing with timely preparation of accurate financial statement and reports.
  • To assume the duties and responsibilities of the Director of Finance during his temporary absence from the hotel.

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experiences in Financial Accounting and knowledge in taxation
  • Experience in hospitality or related fields is a strong advantage
  • People management experiences
  • Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
