■About the Position

The responsibility of the HR Manager is to enhance the power of people and the organization, thereby supporting the brand. To create an environment where all employees can work with peace of mind, grow, and take pride in the brand. To that end, building systems that "organize, support, and enhance" through both HR and general affairs functions is the role of the HR and General Affairs Manager.

■Responsibilities

[HR]

・Oversee attendance tracking and payroll operations.

・Lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and retention for Japan.

・Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail roles.

・Administer HR systems (Workday/Jobcan) and personnel data.

・Develop and optimize HR policies, processes, and benefits.

・Manage personnel budgets, analysis, and reporting across units.

・Execute salary reviews and promotions, aligning HQ and local policies.

・Oversee C&B, incentives, compliance, and insurance administration.

・Drive talent management, development, and succession planning.

・Enhance employee relations and engagement strategies.

・Resolve labor issues, grievances, and manage employee exits.

・Participate in regular HQ and Global HR strategy meetings.

[General Affairs]

・Supervise corporate office and retail outlets administration (insurance, stationaries, office maintenance, etc.)

・Business Travel Arrangements and Management

・Office facility management, Collaborate with the office owner

・Attend safety and health committee meetings hosted by the facility owners and share information

・Risk Management for Emergency Preparation (emergency supplies, response, and employee safety confirmation)

・Organization of company events

■Requirements

・At least 8 years of working experience in a related industry with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity

・Business level English Skill

・Versed with the employment laws in Japan

・Knowledge and experience with HR systems (Proficient in PROSOFT UNIT 4 or BIPO HRIS system is an added advantage)

・Strong leadership qualities and result-oriented

・Mature, Contemplative, Calm, Flexible Personality

・Able to work well with people across all levels

・Self-driven and independent

・Fun, vibrant, and outgoing personality

・Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
