【具体的な業務内容】

あなたの適性や希望を最大限考慮し、以下の業務をお任せします。

  1. サービスフロント(サービスアドバイザー)

    お客様と整備士をつなぐ、当社の「顔」となる重要なポジションです。

  2. お客様対応、電話応対

  3. 車検や点検のご案内、入庫促進
  4. ご要望のヒアリング、見積もり作成
  5. 整備内容の分かりやすい説明

  6. 納車時の対応、アフターフォロー

  7. 自動車整備士(テクニカルスタッフ)

    専門店の名に恥じない、精度の高い技術力が身につきます。

  8. 車検整備、法定点検

  9. 一般整備、故障診断、修理
  10. オリジナルパーツの組み付け、カスタム

  11. レストア(復元作業)

  12. 営業(セールスコンサルタント)

求めている人材


求める人材:

【必須条件】

  • 自動車業界での何らかの実務経験をお持ちの方(自動車整備士、サービスフロント、営業など)
  • 普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方(MT尚可)
  • 基本的なPCスキル(入力ができればOK)

【歓迎条件】

  • 自動車整備士資格(1級・2級)をお持ちの方
  • 自動車検査員資格をお持ちの方
  • 輸入車(特にボルボ、アウディ、VW)の取り扱い経験
  • リーダーやマネジメントとして、後輩を指導・育成した経験
  • お客様との対話を大切にし、状況を丁寧にヒアリングできる方
  • チームワークを尊重し、仲間と協力して目標達成を目指せる方
  • 当社の理念に共感し、会社と共に成長したいという意欲のある方
