職務内容:
- コンテンツ制作・アセット納品:CDM、ブランドチーム、外部パートナーと連携し、ウェブサイト、バナー広告、メール、印刷物、動画、ローンチパッケージなどのコンテンツ制作成果物を管理。高度な生成AIツールとプラットフォームを活用し、スピード、品質、一貫性の向上を図る。
- ワークフロー調整:クリエイティブパートナーやレビュー担当(医療ライター、デジタルデザイナー、動画編集者、プロンプトエンジニアなど)を含むGCS運営モデル全体で、アセット制作を調整します。
- AIを活用したプロセス最適化:新たなAIソリューションとワークフロー最適化を日常業務に統合し、継続的なプロセス改善を推進。アセット納品の効率性と拡張性を確保します。
- ステークホルダー関係管理:主要ステークホルダー、記録代理店、制作パートナー、クロスファンクショナルチームとの強固な関係を構築・維持。フィードバック、課題解決、優先順位調整の架け橋として機能し、ブランド一貫性と高水準な資産品質を確保。
- ガバナンス&コンプライアンス:適切なクロスファンクショナルパートナーと連携し、法的・規制基準を維持するため、レビューおよび承認プロセスを監督。
- プロジェクト管理:キックオフから最終承認まで、複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理する
- 追跡・報告:JIRAを活用し、プロジェクトのマイルストーンを正確に追跡、制作コスト削減効果と資産ボリュームデータを収集。定期的な事業レビューとインサイト報告に貢献し、拡張性と持続的なパフォーマンスを確認する
- 資産管理:資産の再承認と有効期限管理を担当する
追加責任:
- 医師、患者、社内向けコンテンツの作成を担当する
- 例:ウェビナー招待状、Veeva One to Oneメールバナー、医師向け製品スライド、シンポジウム資料、ウェブサイト、自社メディア向け動画、患者向けパンフレット、患者向けウェブサイト、社内ツール、社内研修動画など。
- マーケティングチームとの関係構築、課題の特定、解決策の提案、プロジェクト獲得。
- プロジェクト獲得後は、社内デザイナーやコーダーと連携してコンテンツを作成し、期限までに納品されるようプロジェクト管理(PM)を担当。
- 外部エージェンシーとの連携:専門医療コンテンツ制作エージェンシーとの競合・協業。CDAは現時点で医療ライティング能力が不十分であるため、医療ライティング業務は外部エージェンシーに委託し、CDAはその他業務を担当する場合がある。
職務要件:
- 経験:マーケティング、コンテンツ配信、オペレーション、または代理店/制作業務における3~5年以上の経験が望ましい。製薬業界経験優遇
- ステークホルダーエンゲージメント:主要ステークホルダーやクロスファンクショナルチームとの関係構築・維持の実績
- プロジェクトマネジメント:マトリクス環境下でのリーダーシップと成果創出の実績(「権限なきリーダーシップ」が望ましい)。プロジェクト管理・進捗管理ツール (JIRA)
- 適応力:変化するワークフローでの業務遂行、新技術・新プロセスの導入に抵抗がないこと
