Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage site-level projects including new building construction, renovation, and utility system upgrades.
• Collaborate with Facility, Production, and Global Engineering teams to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Lead feasibility studies, budgeting, and scheduling for facility expansion or infrastructure improvement projects.
• Coordinate with external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project quality, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Support mid- to long-term fab capacity planning and investment strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility, manufacturing, or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of factory infrastructure (utilities, cleanroom, HVAC, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with semiconductor fab construction or expansion projects.
• Familiarity with CAPEX process and vendor management.
• Strong project coordination skills across design, engineering, and construction phases.
