Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage site-level projects including new building construction, renovation, and utility system upgrades.
- Collaborate with Facility, Production, and Global Engineering teams to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Lead feasibility studies, budgeting, and scheduling for facility expansion or infrastructure improvement projects.
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project quality, cost, and schedule alignment.
- Support mid- to long-term fab capacity planning and investment strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility, manufacturing, or construction project management.
- Strong understanding of factory infrastructure (utilities, cleanroom, HVAC, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with semiconductor fab construction or expansion projects.
- Familiarity with CAPEX process and vendor management.
- Strong project coordination skills across design, engineering, and construction phases.
