◆事業領域:消費財、小売流通業のクライアントをサポート

◆対象領域:Consumerのマーケット全体を[CP]と[Retail]の2つの領域に分けています。

・CP:食品、飲料、調味料、化粧品/トイレタリー、その他メーカー

・Retail:小売りや卸、SPA企業で、コンビニ、スーパー、百貨店、DgS、外食(レストラン/FF)など

また、国内企業のみならず、外資系企業もターゲットにしています。

消費財または小売業界のコンサルタントとして、テクノロジー・会計・人事・SCM、戦略といったEY社内の特定領域のエキスパートを巻き込みながら、幅広い業務、幅広いレイヤー(経営層〜現場) のプロジェクトに従事していただきます。

Qualifications
応募資格/Qualifications <シニアマネージャー/マネージャー>

【必須要件】

・コンサルティングファームにて5年以上の在籍経験

・自身の単独マネジメント下で、消費財または小売業界のクライアント・に対して以下のようなプロジェクトの提案、案件受注、プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・新規事業開発、中長期経営計画の策定といった経営レベルアジェンダのプロジェクト

・BPR、コスト削減、システム開発工程内の業務要件定義といった、業務・レベルアジェンダのプロジェクト

・日本語(母国語、もしくは同等)、英語(ビジネスレベル)

・2〜3件のプロジェクトや提案活動を掛け持ちして遂行ことができるスキル

【歓迎要件】

・過去クライアントとの友好なリレーション

・ウォーターフォールでのシステム提供プロジェクトへの従事経験

・社内組織の立ち上げまたは運営経験

・社内他チームを巻き込んだ活動の推進経験

<シニアコンサルタント>

【必須要件】

・消費財または小売業界のクライアントに対するプロジェクト経験

・基本的なコンサルティングスキル

・課題抽出⇒原因分析⇒施策検討⇒施策推進といった動き方の理解

・独力で資料構成を検討し作成するスキル

・独力でクライアントのカウンターパートと適切なコミュニケーションをとるスキル

・担当作業や関連知識キャッチアップに対するコミット力

・日本語(母国語、もしくは同等)、英語(ビジネスレベル)

【歓迎要件】

・コンサルティングファームでの在籍経験(あれば尚可)

・消費財または小売業事業への実際の業務従事経験

・常に新しいことを学び、曖昧な状況からの解決策を模索しチャレンジすることを楽しめる力

・選考回数:3〜4回

・その他:想定ランクに応じて適性検査・ケース面接・PPT資料を用いたプレゼンテーション実施の可能性あり
