医師や薬剤師など、医療関係者から寄せられる問い合わせに対応する、コールセンター管理者のお仕事です。

【扱うのは大手製薬メーカーの医療用医薬品】

医師や薬剤師からの問い合わせに対し、添付文書やインタビューフォーム(IF)、FAQなどの基本資料を確認しながら、正確な情報提供が行われるよう現場を支えます。

【決まった資料をもとに、正確さを支える】

資料を確認しながら対応することが基本で、感覚や経験だけに頼る必要はありません。これまでの医療知識を整理して活かせる仕事です。

【現場の判断を、資料と知識で支える】

スタッフの学術的支援、エスカレーション対応、研修サポートを担当。チームで協力しながら進めるため、一人で抱え込むことはありません。

【医療現場を支える、静かなやりがい】

応募資格


医療関係の経験がある方 / 薬剤師もしくはMR資格がある方(MR資格失効の場合も応相談) / その他資格は不問 / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK)/ コールセンター経験がある方優遇 / 規定のリモートワーク環境を用意できる方

<在宅勤務における条件>

・研修中はオフィス出社必須

・3~4月は出社、5月以降より在宅可否含めスキル判断(問題なければ在宅OK)

・就業中に本人以外が立ち入らない個室環境が準備できること

・生活音・雑音の入らない環境であること

・業務用PC貸与あり

・光回線を業務に利用できること

・通信速度が100mbps以上で安定していること

シフト・勤務時間


平日のみ週5日

9:00~17:30(休憩60分)

  • お子様の体調不良などによるお休みやシフト変更にも柔軟に対応します
  • 残業は月10h程度(1分単位で給与計算)

対応が長引いた場合、残業の可能性あり(残業不可の場合は要事前相談)
