仕事内容:

法人向けの営業職です。

WebサイトやWeb広告を使った提案を行います。

営業職ですが、

いわゆる「売って終わり」の仕事ではありません。

実際の業務は、Webマーケティング寄りの内容が多くなります。

■どんな仕事か

企業のお客様から、

「問い合わせが増えない」

「採用の応募が来ない」

といった相談を受けます。

その課題に対して、

Webサイト、LP、Web広告、Zohoなどを使って

「どう改善するか」を一緒に考え、形にしていく仕事です。

■実際にやること

・法人のお客様との打ち合わせ、ヒアリング

・Webサイト、LP、広告の企画提案

・受注後の制作スケジュール調整、進行管理

・社内デザイナー、エンジニアとのやり取り

・公開後の効果確認、改善提案

受注して終わりではなく、制作〜公開後まで関わります。

■Web業界が未経験でも大丈夫です

入社時点で、Webマーケティングや制作の知識は必要ありません。

最初は先輩の打ち合わせや案件に同席し、

仕事の流れを横で見ながら覚えていきます。

営業経験があれば、

十分キャッチアップできます。

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00〜18:00(13:00〜14:00休憩 実労働時間:8時間)

・残業は月5~20時間程度

固定残業手当には残業20時間分を含み、満たない場合も同額を支給

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・有給(入社半年後から取得可能)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥34,000〜¥47,500(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・通勤手当(上限15,000円/月)
