「今月は北海道、来月は九州へ」 私たちの仕事場は、日本全国のプラントや大型施設。 施設の心臓部である「ボイラー」の点検・整備を行う技術職です。 年間の約2/3は出張。移動費・宿泊費はすべて会社負担です。 「出張先でご当地グルメを楽しむ」「休日はそのまま現地を観光する」…そんな、旅を楽しむ感覚でプロの技術を身につけませんか?

【詳しいお仕事内容:未経験から"プロ"へのステップ】

  • 導入研修: まずは大阪の関連会社で基礎からじっくり学びます。
  • 点検・整備: 現場(プラントなど)へ入り、装置の点検、部品交換、燃焼調整などを行います。
  • 試運転: 正常に作動するかを確認。最後に「ありがとうございます」と感謝される瞬間が一番のやりがいです。
  • 報告書作成: 帰宅後、または在宅で業務報告書を作成します。

独り立ちまで1年、じっくり育てます

いきなり一人で現場に行かせることはありません。先輩との同行期間を経て、自信を持ってからデビューできるので、未経験の方もご安心ください。

1. 出張は"メリット"でしかない

  • 1回の出張は平均1週間程度(3日〜2週間)。
  • もちろん交通費・宿泊費は全額会社負担。さらに出張手当も支給されるので、しっかり貯金もできます。

2. 自動車整備士からの転職組が活躍中

  • 「車は関係ないのでは?」と思うかもしれませんが、機械の分解・組み立て、電気系統の調整など、整備士のスキルがそのままスライドして活かせる仕事です。

3. 広島・東京・大阪、好きな拠点で。

  • 広島(三原)をメインに、東京、大阪にも拠点があります。35歳未満の単身者には借り上げ社宅制度(規定あり)もあり、全国どこからの応募も大歓迎です

求める人材:

20代〜50代、幅広い世代が「技術」で活躍中

  • 学歴不問・未経験大歓迎(高校卒業以上)
  • 必須: 普通自動車免許
  • 大歓迎: 自動車整備士資格、2級ボイラー技士、危険物取扱者(乙種)など。
  • 電気科・機械科を卒業された方、工業系の知識がある方は優遇します。
  • 全国を飛び回ることにワクワクできる方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00 ~ 17:00(実働7時間)

  • ※現場状況により変動あり。
  • 現場の状況に合わせ、自分の裁量で時間を組んで進めるスタイルです。

休暇・休日:

4週8休(シフト制)

  • 出張のない時期に調整して「長期休暇」の取得も可能
  • 夏季休暇、年末年始、有給休暇、育児・慶弔休暇あり。

月給 255,000円 ~ 405,000円

  • 409万円(25歳/入社1年/未経験)
  • 503万円(30歳/入社5年/未経験)
  • 582万円(40歳/入社10年/整備士経験あり)
